A native New Yorker who graduated from Colgate University with a B.A. in English Literature.

Lauren is the longest tenured Source employee, having joined the company in 2012. She currently supports the wealth management side of the business by working with the advisor in assisting clients with developing and implementing their goals through comprehensive financial planning. Lauren also worked in various capacities including Operations Support and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. She has an ingrained passion for financial planning and has mastered the art of client service excellence.
