Mark Rosenthal, CPA is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer as well as Director, Administration & Operations.

In Mark's role, he ensures the team is supported operationally so that they have the resources to deliver exceptional client service. Mark is also responsible for accounts payable-receivables, vendor relationships, liaison with information technology, and building management. Mark also serves as Chief Compliance Officer responsible for adhering to company SEC guidance and protocol.

Prior to joining Source Financial Advisors, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer of several alternative investment firms (Hedge funds & Private Equity funds) since September 2000. Mark started out his career in public accounting working at what is now Eisner Amper LLP for 12 years.

Mark Graduated Magna cum laude from SUNY Albany in 1988. He has two daughters, Alexis and Lulu and lives in New Jersey.
